How do you make AfriClarity glycerine soaps?
They are handmade using the soap melt and pour method.
What are AfriClarity soaps and shampoos made from?
They are glycerine based – specially formulated for the hyper-allergenic patient and contains pure glycerine and palm kernel oil, it is pH balanced and does not irritate the skin.
Ideal for babies and can be used as a make-up remover. Hair can be washed and men can shave with this soap also. Glycerine in the soaps makes this product hygroscopic.
What does hygroscopic mean?
Our soaps absorb moisture from the air. You will notice in a humid or rainy climate that our soap develops moisture beads on it – this can also be likened to moisturizing the skin.
