Do you have Sales Representatives?

No, we do not have a Sales Reps yet – we do however have Distributors who sell our glycerine soaps to their communities. All enquiries, marketing and promotions are handled via our website. Our products can be viewed at our showroom at the Bryanston Market.

How do I become a Distributor?

If you are not already using our soaps, please contact us directly for a couple of samples to use on yourself and family. Once you are satisfied with our products you can sell these to your own network, at Markets and communities.

What do I need to become a Distributor?

Can I buy in bulk from AfriClarity?

Yes, you can. We are Wholesalers. A minimum order of R1111.00 or more is required to qualify for the Wholesale prices. All repeat sales must be R555.00 or more.
Please take note that we do not stock huge quantities at our Markets. If you need more than 2-4 units per product please order in advance.

How do minimum orders and discounts work?

We have a low minimum order quantity to help new partners get started easily. You will need R1 111.00 to get started, a belief in our glycerine soaps and a desire to make extra money. For Wholesale, discounts become available on larger quantities ordered. Please enquire via the form below or contact us.

Can I sell AfriClarity products in my store?

You can apply to become an official stockist/retailer by contacting us via the form below or contacting AfriClarity directly. Once approved, you’ll receive our Wholesale Catalog and pricing information.

A minimum order of R1 111.00 or more is required to qualify for the Wholesale prices. All repeat sales must be R555.00 or more.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship throughout South Africa. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and order size. Delivery fees will be for your account and the amount will be confirmed with you for approval before dispatching.

Can I sell AfriClarity products online?

Yes. Stockists are welcome to sell our products in their physical stores or online, provided brand guidelines and product descriptions are maintained.

How do the lead times work?

All products are handmade. We do not stock large amounts of items. Please plan ahead to place your orders in advance. It is not always possible to entertain urgent orders as our production lines are planned for making stock for our Markets. Order lead time 5 – 7 working days.

Do you provide marketing materials or product images?

Approved retailers have access to our official product photos, descriptions, and promotional materials to use in-store and online.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order, please contact AfriClarity within 7 days of receipt. Please supply us with a full detailed report for the reason not satisfied and should this be valid we shall arrange return or replacement stock.

Can I apply for a 30 – 90 day account?

We do not accommodate 30 – 90 day accounts. AfriClarity is strictly COD. We require a 50% deposit on all orders before commencement on production.
